How this log works

Every correction the editorial board issues to a published claim — a score, a methodology statement, a factual assertion, a disclosure — is recorded below with the date the correction was issued, the page on which the correction was made, the original claim, the corrected claim, and the criterion or section under which the correction was issued. Entries are appended in reverse chronological order. Existing entries are never deleted or silently revised; if an entry itself requires a follow-up correction, that follow-up is logged as a new entry.

To submit a correction request, email weighlosscompare@gmail.com with the subject line beginning “Correction:” followed by the page or claim in question. The editor responds in writing within fourteen days. Score-revision challenges follow the right-of-reply protocol.

Pending right-of-reply responses

Every audited site was contacted between May 10 and May 18, 2026 with a summary of the scoring decisions and an invitation to respond. Responses received as of publication are quoted in full on the relevant review pages. Late responses, if and when received, will be appended to the relevant review page and logged here.
